About me

Hi, I'm Ben! I'm a first year Aeronautics and Astronautics student at the University of Southampton. Alongside my course I have also been a part of the Southampton Univeristy Liquid Rocket Engine team, working on parts of the fuel system.

When not studying, I spend a lot of time working on stage lighting, in both paid and voluntary roles - a sample of some of my work can be found here. I am also the social secretary of the Southampton University Stage Technician's Society (StageSoc) as of April 2025.

In addition to all of that I also enjoy a weekly parkrun (though my Strava would disgaree with weekly), regular indoor bouldering, and roped climbing when I can, and the occasional cycle ride - usually to get to one of the above
